Celebrate Canada Worldwide was registered (in Alberta, Canada) as a non-profit corporation in February 2023.

They oversaw the relaunch of the Canada Day London event, after about a 10‑year break, came back in 2023 (June 29, 2023) which was organized by Canada Day London. This relaunch saw ~30,000 people attending. The event continued on in 2024 and 2025 alongside the Business Summit. 

The organization includes leadership with diplomatic, business, and cultural backgrounds.
